It was announced today (31st July) that the United States District Court in Kansas has dismissed the lawsuit brought on June 18, 2008 by Orion Ethanol, Inc. against GreenHunter Energy, Inc., GreenHunter BioFuels, Inc., and GreenHunter BioPower, Inc. Additionally, the Court ordered that Orion Ethanol, Inc. must pay all past and future legal expenses incurred by Mr. Gary C. Evans, a former officer and director of Orion, in his defense against claims previously brought by Orion.
