The latest tally of the nation’s greenhouse gas emissions from
the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finds a 1.4%
increase in 2007, with a total increase of 17.1% since 1990.
The EPA is also proposing a comprehensive U.S. system for
reporting greenhouse gas emissions.
