We had heard that the entire TTXGP North America‘s inaugural round at Infineon raceway would be broadcast as soon as this Friday, but if you’re like us and really don’t want to wait any longer than necessary to see the race that’s had us so excited round here, it’s your lucky day.
Zero Motorcycles, using multiple cameras on both of their entries as well as locations around the field, have put together their own amazing account of the event. Starting just before the bikes roll up to their starting positions on the grid, we are taken along on a ride like no other, from the drop of the green to the waving of the checkers. All with the official play-by-play and color commentary. But it doesn’t stop there. We see race winner Shawn Higbee demonstrate the reserves of juice his battery held with a huge smoke show that seems to go on forever. We see the awarding of the trophies to the trio on the podium along with their initial comments about the competition. Following the de rigueur champagne shower, we get to see and hear from “Who Killed the Electric Car” star and electrification advocate (and ABG contributor) Chelsea Sexton as she presents the top three with TTXGP cheques.
So, without further ado, hit the jump already and watch over 45 minutes of high-powered battery-bike performance. If that’s still not enough (dude, You’re hard core!), we’ve even dug up a couple videos featuring even more post-race interviews with the top finishers along with TTXGP founder Azhar Hussain. Enjoy.
